With our DM & Comment Management package, we’ll step in as your brand’s voice—replying to messages, engaging with comments, and keeping your community buzzing all while trying to convert lookers into buyers. From answering customer inquiries to jumping into trending topics, we ensure every interaction is on-brand, timely, and builds stronger connections. Let us handle the chatter so you can enjoy the results! You can choose to add this on to any of our Bronze, Silver or Gold Social Packages or you can choose to have it as an independent service. *please note this package covers for 1 hour of interaction per day
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 30.12.2024 At TouCairns Custom Designs, we strive to deliver exceptional digital products and services. If you need to cancel an order or service, please review the following guidelines: Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete. Custom Services: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to toucairnscustomdesigns@hotmail.com If work has not commenced, a full refund of any deposit may be issued. If work has started, a partial refund may be offered, less the cost of completed work. Timeline: Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order for custom services to qualify for a full refund of the deposit.
